A non-refundable 35% Deposit is required to secure the following commercial installation services (sew-ins, loose strand crochet services, knotless braids, box braids, micro-link extensions)
We ask that you please give our haircare professional 24 hour notice when cancelling your appointment.
Same day cancellations will result in a cancellation fee that’s 25% of the service that you have booked.
If we receive no cancellation and you’re a no show to your appointment you will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee that’s 50% of the service that you have booked.
The fee will need to be paid before your next booking, if the offense happens more than once, you will be blocked from booking and only be serviced at Elite’s discretion.
