Cancellations

Your reserved time is very important to us! We understand that emergiences happen that can alter plans. In this case, we kindly request a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations not rendered within that time frame WILL incur our cancellation fee.

**Repeat offenders will be blocked from scheduling and may only be serviced for same day appointments via email or phone, if we have the availability.

No Shows

No-shows are disrespectful and will not be tolerated at Elite Professional Hair Care!

1st offense: You will be required to pay 50% of your schedule services.

2nd offense: You will be blocked from booking and only serviced at Elite’s discretion.

VIP Guests

If you have a re-occurring appointment, you are our VIPs and we THANK YOU! However, due to our extensive ongoing wait-list, we cannot commit to your re-occurring appointment after 2 cancellations. We appreciate your understanding.

Deposits

We require a 35% deposit to secure Commercial Hair Services that require more than a 3hr slot (ex. knotless braids, box braids, sew-ins, microlink extensions etc.) This deposit will be requested by invoice upon acknowledgement of appointment
